Letter from Parke, Davis and Company, Manufacturing Chemists, London, January 8, 1936.

This letter was included in a book donated to Massey University by A.D.M.G. Laing.  As seen in the letter, Mr Laing was once a Captain of the Caledonian United Service Club, in Edinburgh. Captain Laing had asked Parke, David and Company for a Hypodermic Pocket Case as advertised on page 100 of the Veterinary Materia Medica, and the company was replying, saying the item was no longer in stock. The letter was in Hoare's Veterinary Materia Medica and Therapeutics, author Russell Greig, which is now in Massey Library's Veterinary Science Rare Book collection.
